Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen. Our line cooks must be able to learn from mistakes, cultivate a positive attitude through good and bad days, and hold to a culture of respect for all team members.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and breakdown of assigned station
- Completing prep lists
- Communicating ordering needs
- Maintaining a well organized and clean work environment
- Properly following health and sanitation requirements based on the guidance of the Chef Team and the Department of Health
- Other duties as necessitated by business demands
Requirements :
Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10-12 hours.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Benefits :
