Job Description

MedHQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a local contract Certified Surgical Technologist for a local contract job in Rogers, Arkansas.

Full-time hours. No holidays, no weekends, no on-call.

Monday - Friday, Typically 6 : 30 AM - 3 PM (hours can vary).

The hourly rate is based on experience level. Do not submit candidates with 1 year of experience at the top rate.

Job Description :

Title :  Surgical Scrub Technician

Reports to :  OR Coordinator

Main Function :

The Surgical Scrub Technician (or Certified Surgical Scrub Technician) is a member of the surgical team who works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other surgical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. The technician assumes appropriate responsibilities before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Education / Licensure / Certification Requirements\nRequired : \n\t

  • One-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and / or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPreferred : \n\t
  • NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technician or equivalent certification.\n
