Perform functional, dimensional, and visual inspections on all incoming products as required; to include but not limited to receipt, tool identification, sample size determination, database entries, final dispositions, receiver filing, etc. keep up with a demanding schedule while performing duties accurately ensuring that all policies are being followed as applicable.

JOB DUTIES

• Prepare first article inspection reports detailing the results of inspection activities. Perform specialized testing on materials (e.g. hardness, microscopic analysis, etc.).
• Visually inspect products for cosmetic appearance (e.g., pits, cracks, bubbles, die marks, and other visual flaws).
• Maintain computer log of all inspection activities.
• Conduct ERP transaction for incoming inspection, non-conformance materials.
• Accurately and neatly complete all inspection paperwork (e.g., inspection reports, discrepant material reports, first article reports, etc.).
• Perform product audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
