Responsibilities :

Assist residents with restorative nursing programs designed by nursing / rehab staff (range of motion, ambulation, transfers, and positioning)

Monitor and record residents’ progress and responses to restorative interventions

Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams

Encourage residents' participation to maintain and improve physical abilities

Ensure a safe and supportive environment that promotes dignity and quality of life

Qualifications :

Current CNA certification in Missouri (Required)

Previous experience in restorative or rehabilitative care (Preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and observation skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
