The Oracle Health Government Services Requirements Team is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support Oracle Health's mission of delivering high-quality, integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions across federal healthcare programs. This role plays a key part in driving outcomes under the Client Excellence pillar, ensuring that requirements are managed, validated, and delivered in alignment with project goals, stakeholder expectations, and contractual obligations. Note : Due to the client contract, this position requires you to be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for federal security clearance. LOCAL candidates-work onsite at the Rosslyn / Arlington location 2-3 days per week. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Range and Benefit Information :
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following : 1.
