We're seeking a passionate BCBA to lead ABA therapy services, supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and schools, and deliver evidence-based interventions that change lives.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), skills assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with BACB and funding requirements.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support client progress (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs, schools ).
- Monitor data collection, review progress, and update treatment plans regularly.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB, state, and federal regulations .
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports within required timelines.
- Attend scheduled team meetings (in person or virtual) and maintain open communication with leadership.
Qualifications :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required, active status).Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and procedures.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills .Experience supervising RBTs and developing clinical staff.Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards
