Full-Time / Part-Time and Remote Tennessee Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor / LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Location : Cordova, TN

Purpose

This role report contributes to the company’s mission objectives while providing individual, group, and family therapy. This Licensed Therapist participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and client-centered care and treatment.

Responsibilities :

• Carry a caseload of consistent outpatient clients and IOP program clients.
• Oversee the daily treatment experience of each of his / her clients.
• Maintain appropriate documentation as required.
• Conduct assessments of clients at the time of assessment and re-assessments as required.
• Conduct mental status examinations.
• Provide appropriate treatment recommendations based on a review of the client’s history, signs, and symptoms.
• Provide individual, couple / family, and group psychotherapy as needed.
• Ability to demonstrate respect for the cultural and lifestyle diversity of clients and staff.
• Crisis intervention services.
• Treatment Planning.
• Complete Additional Sessions Requests forms as required.
• Knowledge of current legal standards of professional practice, reporting requirements, professional boundaries, and related issues.
• Participates in quarterly staffing meeting
• Ensure that Joint Commission documentation requirements are met
