Overview

Division Contracts Director – Remote

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a remote Division Contracts Director . Due to the increasing complexity and volume of our portfolio, we are looking for a highly experienced Contracts professional who can provide strategic oversight, ensure compliance, and manage negotiations with key stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in mitigating risks and optimizing our contractual outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Expertise in FAR-based contracts and all contract types (e.g., Fixed Price, Cost-reimbursable)
• Must be flexible in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, competing priorities, and unpredictable events
• Demonstrated ability to assign work and manage multiple personnel
• Ability to present data and recommendations to ELT members with minimal guidance
• Thorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and independent thinker with out-of-the-box ideas
• Outstanding leadership skills
