Ops Support Intermediate Analyst

The Ops Support Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including record / documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Intermediate Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities :

• Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
• Interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgement
• Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned
• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
• Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
• Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members

Education :

Bachelor's degree / University degree or equivalent experience

Schedule : Hybrid

Lead and participate in complex projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Responsible for the accurate creation and timely delivery of business requirements, test plans and scripts for all projects impacting the operational areas within Branded Cards Accounting

Perform analysis for significant project and process changes by partnering with business team to understand expectations, requirements and design of the project and its impact to Operations

Facilitate testing and validation of all projects impacting Branded Cards Accounting

Provide post implementation review and support

Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgement and creativity

Serve as the liaison between operations, project managers, business analysts and IT by independently interfacing through the Citi Cards, CRS and Retail Debit Card organization

Pega experience preferred but not required

Understand operational processes to assist in driving project initiatives and process improvements within Branded Cards Accounting

Strong attention to detail and understanding of risk and controls

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
