Senior Finance Analyst

Overview :
A rapidly expanding international organization specializing in premium travel and hospitality experiences is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Americas regional team. The company operates a growing network of customer service and hospitality locations across major airports in the U.S., U.K., and Middle East, focused on enhancing the traveler experience through innovative services and technology.
This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth by providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and data-driven recommendations that guide operational and business decisions.
Purpose of the Role :
The Senior Financial Analyst will deliver both quantitative and qualitative analysis of all operational aspects of the Americas business to evaluate performance, forecast outcomes, and support strategic planning. The role requires strong financial acumen, data analysis expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
This role will be deeply involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as providing insight into global and regional market trends and business drivers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, including month-end financial close support and performance reporting.
- Develop and deliver management reports and presentations on business and financial performance.
- Conduct deep-dive financial and operational analyses to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and enhance financial and KPI reporting tools to ensure accuracy, governance, and integrity of data.
- Partner with leadership to identify, research, and resolve complex financial or operational issues.
- Provide analytical insight to improve profitability, efficiency, and performance across the Americas region.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for data visualization and analytics, using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Support change management initiatives tied to new processes, systems, or reporting enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience :
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Finance or FP&A role.Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency.Experience with BI or data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).Proven ability to interpret and translate data into actionable business insights.Experience supporting projects that improve financial and operational efficiency.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Authorized to work in the U.S.Willingness to work a hybrid schedule and travel occasionally.Preferred :
Master’s Degree or MBA.Experience within hospitality, retail, or travel-related industries.Familiarity with Tagetik or similar financial planning systems.Core Competencies :
