A chance to make a direct impact on how our communities are seen and experienced. Proven videography skills with a portfolio or demo reel to showcase your work. Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). Strong creative instincts — able to pitch ideas and bring concepts to life. A self-starter who thrives on independence, is hungry to learn, and ready to take ownership of projects. Reliable personal video equipment (camera, audio, lighting, etc.). Ability to travel between our apartment communities as needed (mileage reimbursement available). Reliable transportation is a must as you will be traveling to / from our apartment communities in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

We are a dynamic, fast-paced property management company with a strong focus on creating engaging experiences for our residents and showcasing our communities through storytelling. As our Director of Marketing leads brand strategy, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Videography Intern to bring fresh ideas, creativity, and execution to our marketing efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Film a wide variety of content including property tours, resident events, social media reels, corporate videos, and training content.
- Manage end-to-end production : filming, editing, post-production, and delivery of high-quality video content.
- Handle equipment setup and bring your own filming gear.
- Collaborate directly with the Director of Marketing to align on goals, while also contributing your own creative ideas and strategies.
- Develop engaging, on-brand video content tailored for digital platforms, social media, and internal use.
