Team Member (Back of House)

Pay Range : $14-$16 per hour

Back of House Job Description :

• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Models and support clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staff
• Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
• Accurately counts nuggets and strips
• Follow the screens and job aids to make sandwiches correctly and accurately
• Follows correct timing for cooking items
• Temperature check items to ensure food safety
• Breads raw chicken according to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards
• Washes dishes as needed
• Take initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
• Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
• Displays enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality by incorporating operational excellence, 2nd mile service, and emotional connections with our guests and employees
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds and other various duties as assigned
