MB Attorney Search is working exclusively with a national law firm in Kansas City seeking to strategically grow its Trusts & Estates practice with the addition of a senior-level Estate Planning Attorney. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Partner or Counsel-level attorney with a well-established client base to join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related federal and state tax issues.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver strategic estate and tax planning counsel.

A portable book of business (clients actively engaged in estate planning and wealth management services) is required.

Exceptional drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and mentoring a growing team.
