Circular Products Manufacturing Manager - Sauk Rapids, MN

Join Millerbernd as a Circular Products Manufacturing Manager in Sauk Rapids, MN. We are hiring a leader to oversee manufacturing operations, including processes and personnel, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Position Details

  • Location : Onsite in Sauk Rapids, MN
  • Salary Range : $101,600 – $127,000 per year
  • Shift : 1st shift, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production teams, including Supervisors and Team Leads, to meet schedules and company expectations
  • Ensure safety compliance and lead safety incident reduction
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and practices daily
  • Recommend equipment and technology purchases to enhance operations
  • Optimize scheduling, equipment, and labor capacity models
  • Align production with master schedule and material planning
  • Reduce maintenance expenses and prevent equipment failures
  • Ensure proper training and safety standards are maintained
  • Manage hiring, performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts within teams
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Own and improve start-up meetings and process audits
  • Stay updated on technological advances affecting manufacturing

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related experience
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing environments
  • Experience with machining, welding, and steel fabrication preferred
  • Knowledge of GMAW, SMAW, FCAW welding applications
  • Proficiency with Lean tools, MRP / ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop team members
  • Ability to meet deadlines and solve practical problems
