Financial & Restructuring Senior Associate Attorney –| $250k+| Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Finance Attorney (6+ years) to join its Finance & Restructuring Group in Dallas. This position offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated finance and restructuring matters while working closely with an established national team.

Key Qualifications :

6+ years of finance and / or restructuring experience

Significant background in complex financing transactions, workouts, and restructuring matters

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Strong academic credentials and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage client relationships and supervise junior attorneys
