Strategic Staffing Solutions has an immediate need for several skilled SCCM Engineers / Analysts for a hybrid (4 days on-site) contract in Lutz, Florida in the utilities industry.

Position Summary :
The Enterprise SCCM Engineer / Analyst is responsible for the design, deployment, management, and optimization of enterprise-scale Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM) environments. This role ensures seamless software deployment, patch management, and system compliance across the organization’s Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex IT environments and has experience supporting enterprise-level endpoints.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with software packaging, deployment, and application lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for endpoint management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Azure, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across IT teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft SCCM / MECM infrastructure in large-scale enterprise environments.Develop and manage operating system deployments (OSD) and software distribution packages using SCCM.Implement and manage endpoint management policies, including patch management, compliance reporting, and software updates.Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM site servers, clients, and associated components to ensure high availability and performance.Automate routine processes and tasks using PowerShell, scripting, or other automation tools.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SCCM with other enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, WSUS, Intune, Azure).Generate reports and dashboards to track system compliance, deployment status, and inventory.Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding SCCM best practices and enterprise standards.Stay current with Microsoft technologies, updates, and SCCM best practices to recommend and implement improvements.Assist in IT projects that involve system upgrades, migrations, or new software deployments.Preferred Certifications :
