Key Responsibilities
Leads bench-top experiments, formula calculations, and develops prototypes for product tastings and sensory testing
Interprets test results, writes technical reports, and communicates findings within the organization
Manages multiple projects and represents R&D in cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering; advanced degree is a plus
4 years of experience in a related function within food / beverage (R&D, Quality) or equivalent advanced education
Experience with Coffee and Powder Beverages is a plus
