Assistant Property Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in North Portland, OR, to hire a dedicated Assistant Property Manager. In this temporary role, you will support a Portfolio Manager overseeing multiple properties by handling administrative tasks, assisting with property operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property management or administrative support looking to contribute to a dynamic team.

Location : North Portland, OR 97203

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM

Duration : 1 Month (Temporary)

Compensation : $31.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer phones and respond to tenant or vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Open and close work orders, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform filing, data entry, and document management to support property management operations.
  • Assist the Portfolio Manager with administrative tasks and day-to-day management of multiple property portfolios.
  • Help coordinate vendor schedules, inspections, and other property-related activities as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in LIHT (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) or HUD housing preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in office software and property management systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members, tenants, and vendors.
