Job Summary : We are seeking a Fluent Spanish-Speaking Immigration Attorney with at least one year of experience in family-based immigration and removal defense. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for advocating for immigrant communities.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage family-based immigration matters, including I-130 petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, consular processing, and naturalization.
  • Represent clients in removal proceedings, preparing applications for relief such as cancellation of removal, asylum, and withholding of removal.
  • Manage humanitarian-based cases, including U visas, VAWA, and DACA.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and responses to RFEs.
  • Represent clients in hearings before USCIS and Immigration Courts.
  • Conduct client consultations and provide strategic, clear, and compassionate legal advice.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient and timely case management.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in family-based immigration and / or removal defense.
  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
  • Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Competitive salary : $80,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience).
