What You'll Do

Direct and coordinate nursing care, ensuring effective patient outcomes.
Engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams in care planning.
Communicate vital information to healthcare team members.
Assist in defining standards of excellence for patient care.
Participate in quality improvement activities and performance improvement initiatives.
Help orient new staff members to the unit.
Act as a point of contact for hospital policies and procedures.
Conduct physical assessments and identify clinical issues.

What You'll Bring

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN experience.

Minimum one year of Cardiac Critical Care experience preferred.

Valid RN License from Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.

AHA BLS Provider CPR certification required at hire.

AHA ACLS Provider certification required within 6 months.

Salary, Shifts & Location

This is a full-time position located in Woodbridge, VA, with day shifts available. The annual salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
