Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Seabrook, NH area. Mavis operates over 2,000 retail locations and is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
Responsibilities
Assistant Manager – Support the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforce established policies, procedures and standards; schedule mechanics / technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and ensure the safety of team members.
Service Manager – Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians to deliver timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, assess needs, provide information on repairs and maintenance, ensure customer satisfaction with the in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
We seek team members committed to complete customer satisfaction and high-quality service. To be eligible for the Automotive Assistant / Service Manager role, you must : (1) be at least 18 years old; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) have (i) 1 year of experience and / or training in automotive parts and / or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and / or training in automotive repairs / maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
