Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets

Automate infrastructure provisioning and improve system resilience through regular exercises and tooling development

Measure system performance and track reliability metrics to drive improvements and minimize risk

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles

Experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, CI / CD systems, and observability platforms

Preferred certifications include AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect, Kubernetes or container certification, and SRE / DevOps practitioner certifications
