Trial Attorney : Personal Injury Law

We are seeking an Associate Trial Attorney to become a part of our team! We have offices in Akron / Montrose and Downtown Cleveland. This is a unique position where the candidate can learn to be a Plaintiff's personal injury attorney from Attorneys with over 100 years of experience in Plaintiff's personal injury law. Responsibilities :

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Conducting depositions, discovery and trials

Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases.

Assist partners with legal matters

Independently handling your own case load with the guidance of the partners.

Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
