The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping others feel confident about their insurance coverage. You will be the front line of communication for our clients, handling service requests, assisting with claims, and supporting the success of the agency.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or insurance is preferred (but not required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn agency management systems.
Insurance license (Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health) preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
