TruBlue of Morristown and Montclair is looking for a part-time Estimator who can confidently represent our brand from the very first handshake. This role combines sales, estimating, and light project management, making it ideal for someone who knows home repairs, connects easily with clients, and can keep jobs running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the first face many of our clients meet, so we're looking for someone professional, personable, and knowledgeablesomeone who can earn trust quickly and turn estimates into approved, completed work.

• Be the first point of contact for on-site assessments
• Build rapport and represent TruBlue with professionalism and empathy
• Create clear, accurate estimates using Housecall Pro
• Explain scope, pricing, and options to homeowners
• Follow up to convert estimates into scheduled jobs
