The Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed production schedules to support customer demand, operational capacity, and supply chain objectives. This role works closely with the Planning Manager, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure material availability, optimize capacity utilization, and maintain on-time delivery performance.

Create and maintain monthly production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.Translate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into executable production orders for internal and external manufacturing partners.Monitor schedule adherence, proactively addressing risks such as material shortages, capacity bottlenecks, or quality issues.Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.Align production plans with capacity, labor, and equipment availability at local office and partner sites.Create, release, and maintain production work orders and purchase orders in ERP (NetSuite) to ensure accuracy and visibility.Track and report on production KPIs including schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to managecompeting priorities in fast-paced environments.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Engineering).Familiarity with electrical infrastructure manufacturing or industries with custom, project-based production is a plus.Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems.Certification in Supply Chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.Hyper, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
