General Warehouse Laborer – Forklift & CNC Experience | $17 / HR | North Little Rock, AR

Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (Some OT may be required)

Pay : Starting at $17 / hour

Type : Temp-to-Hire

BelFlex Staffing is now hiring for a General Warehouse Laborer on behalf of a reputable family-owned company located in North Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time temp-to-permanent opportunity with a company known for its supportive team culture and great benefits once hired on.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate forklifts to move materials and maintain organized warehouse space

Perform basic CNC machine operations

Assist with large format printing and other production tasks

Handle general warehouse duties : loading / unloading, inventory, cleaning, and material prep

Work closely with a team to ensure efficient workflow and safety standards

Requirements :

1+ year of warehouse / general labor experience

Valid forklift experience and comfort operating around machinery

Familiarity with CNC machines and / or large format printing preferred

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods
