BARISTA, JET SET LOUNGE

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our contributors at Michael Kors are stylish, fashion-forward individuals who are passionate about the customer experience and achieving results. As a Barista at The Jet Set Lounge, you will be the face of our brand, crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging service. You’ll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience that balances hospitality, craftsmanship, and storytelling around both coffee and retail offerings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to brand standards.
• Proactively anticipate customer and store needs by assessing the environment and recognizing guest cues, while consistently delivering an elevated, personalized service experience to every customer.
• Provide genuine, personalized customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Educate guests on our beverage menu, brewing methods, and retail products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café and retail environment.
• Support daily operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service between café and retail.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and perform tasks with speed and excellence.
