Strategic Purpose

To serve as a hands-on Social Media Manager specializing in Web3, fintech, and traditional investment, responsible for executing copywriting, content planning, and campaign delivery. You will collaborate closely with our broader social team to craft compelling, longer-form content that builds trust and engagement in finance communities on LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and Facebook. As an integral member of the 4Labs team, you will ensure high-quality output that drives impact and supports client goals in these dynamic sectors.

Duties / Responsibilities

CONTENT CREATION & EXECUTION

• Develop and execute social media strategies for retainer clients in Web3, fintech, and traditional investment, focusing on longer-form content like educational threads, market analyses, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Write engaging social media copy, video scripts, and campaign content across platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, tailored to finance audiences with a deep understanding of Web3 concepts like DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain trends.
• Plan and create diverse content calendars, incorporating topics such as regulatory updates, yield optimization, sustainable investing, and crypto adoption to foster community growth and organic engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and animators to ideate and refine visuals, ensuring alignment with fintech / Web3 aesthetics like data visualizations, token-themed graphics, and explainer animations.
• Produce and optimize longer-form content, including Twitter threads, LinkedIn articles, and video series that explain complex topics accessibly while driving metrics like shares, comments, and conversions.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community interactions on platforms like Discord and Telegram, including responding to queries, moderating discussions, and amplifying user-generated content during events like AMAs or token launches.

New York, New York : $65,000-$85,000 salary; $35-$45 an hour contract

Boston, Massachusetts : $65,000-$80,000 salary; $35-$45 an hour contract

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania : $60,000-$75,000 salary; $30-$40 an hour contract

Miami, Florida : $60,000-$75,000 salary; $30-$40 an hour contract

Chicago, Illinois : $60,000-$75,000 salary; $30-$40 an hour contract

Austin, Texas : $60,000-$75,000 salary; $30-$40 an hour contract
