Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency during implementation.
  • Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools into pixel-perfect front-end code.
  • Optimize UI / UX for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Work with project teams to understand design requirements and user needs.
  • Maintain and improve existing UI components and layouts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills :

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS .
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for UI / UX.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Basic understanding of version control using Git.
  • Experience working in Laravel or similar backend environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO .
  • Familiarity with animations using CSS or libraries like AOS.js or GSAP.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms or web application dashboards like Wordpress, Wix etc.

    • Hiring Process :

    1. Application Review

    We will evaluate your resume and portfolio to assess relevant design experience.

    2. Initial Screening (Call / Video)

    A 15–20 minute conversation to learn more about your background, design approach, and availability.

    3. Design Task or Portfolio Review

    A short assignment or review of past work to understand your design skills and attention to detail.

    4. Technical Interview

    Discussion with the development team to evaluate your coding and collaboration skills.

    5. Final Interview (HR / Manager)

    Discussion about expectations, company culture, compensation, and joining timeline.

    6. Offer Letter

    Selected candidates will receive an official offer and onboarding details.

    Note :

    Joining Required : Immediate to within 15 days
