We're looking for a Insurance Producer to support our agency in generating new business by selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses and assessing clients' needs, recommend suitable coverage options, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Producer in new business prospect management
Partner with Account Executives to learn howRisk Advisor and Subject Matter ExpertInsurance expertise
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with informed recommendations
Help quantify risks and risk categories to ensure clients are not over or under-protectedWinter-Dent AmbassadorMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services offered by agency outside of P&C departments
Sales Development & Client ManagementProspecting, lead generation, sales process management
Timeline management and metricsClient ConsultationProposal PreparationNegotiation and closingClient SupportOngoing high-level client support
As-needed collaboration with internal stakeholders to support client needs and challenges (Claims Advocates, Safety & Loss Prevention, Bonds, etc.)Renewal management, in partnership with Account Managers and / or Account Executives and Marketing teamWHAT WE OFFER

You have your Property & Casualty license or able to obtain within 90 days of hireYou have insurance industry experience (preferred)You have sales experience (preferred)WHO YOU ARE
