Leasing Agent Job Description : South Beach Apartments is minutes from sandy beaches, sprawling forests and the oceanfront tucked away in a quaint residential neighborhood. We are looking to add a Leasing Agent with previous residential leasing experience to our team. As a leasing agent you will greet prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, answers incoming phone calls and handles accordingly. You will maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and assist in creative and efficient ways to market the property and be responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other common areas of the property.  An ideal Leasing Agent candidate will have prior experience in customer service and one year experience in leasing and property management.
