The Work You Will Perform

• Collaborate with community managers and boards.
• Conduct site investigations and evaluations.
• Perform drainage and stormwater assessments.
• Develop 30-year capital reserve plans.
• Meet with associations and community members to review reserve studies.
• Participate in construction administration and commercial due diligence projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Travel within the region as needed.
