We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations, providing administrative support, and facilitating communication within our organization. In this role, you will assist in various clerical tasks including but not limited to managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings and events.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
