About the Position

Position Summary : We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Ultrasound Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology team. This role requires proficiency in general ultrasound procedures and a commitment to high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be local, dependable, and comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities : Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures with accuracy and attention to patient safety and comfort Produce high-quality images in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment in a safe and professional manner Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of completed procedures in the imaging system Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Follow departmental policies and regulatory standards for infection control and patient confidentiality

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of experience in General Diagnostic Ultrasound Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through ARDMS – Required BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be comfortable with night shift and rotating weekends / holidays Local candidates only will be considered
