The Senior Director Business HR provides leadership in the design, implementation, and oversight of high-quality HR systems, champions organizational culture, and supports continuous improvement in HR service delivery to enhance both operational efficiency and employee engagement. Acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, the Senior DirectorBHR drives HR strategy, aligns talent initiatives with organizational goals, and ensures legal and policy compliance across all departments.

This role collaborates with leadership across HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to support core HR functions to provide exceptional customer service support and support organizational growth.
