The Savings Coordinator plays a key role in helping members access and maintain affordable medications through our savings programs. You'll guide members through enrollment, coordinate with prescribers and pharmacies, and ensure every step of the process runs smoothly. This role blends compassionate member support with strong administrative and follow-up skills - ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Support Members : Communicate with members via phone, email, and text to assist with program enrollment, confirm details, and answer questions.
Coordinate Enrollments : Collect and process documentation needed for savings and alternative sourcing programs.
Collaborate with Providers : Reach out to prescribers to obtain prescriptions or missing information needed to finalize enrollment.
Ensure Timely Access : Track and follow up on prescription requests to prevent delays in medication access.
Assist with Urgent Needs : Work with pharmacies, providers, and internal teams to coordinate urgent fills and resolve time-sensitive issues.
Manage Inbound Calls : Handle member inquiries related to savings programs, ensuring efficient triage and resolution or appropriate escalation.
Contribute to Team Success : Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction and streamline processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support department goals.
What You Bring
5+ years of customer service, member services, or client-facing experience.
3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or a related industry.
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal - with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
