    Experience Required :

  • Private Practice : 1 year (Required)
  • Dental License (Required)
  • CPR License (Required)
  • Liability Insurance (Required)
  • General Practice Residency (GPR) / Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) (Recommended)
  • Full autonomy to be a strong producer

    Every member of the URBN Dental team is vital to our success. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, motivated Dentist with a positive and flexible attitude, strong experience, and a belief in our mission of delivering high-end dental care through down-to-earth providers.

    Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the clinic
  • Direct Hygienists and Dental Assistants
  • Treat patients with the highest level of care
  • Create a high-end, welcoming service environment for patients
  • Be Patient & Kind
  • Foster a friendly & positive work environment for colleagues
  • Provide Comprehensive and Cosmetic Dentistry
  • Proficiency in Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implant restorations, Laser dentistry, and Invisalign therapy
  • Utilize high-end private office technologies (Nomad, intra-oral photo technology, Open Dental, and Diode Laser)
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized working facility
  • Build relationships and expand patient volume
  • Focus on teamwork and patient experience

    • Compensation : Discussed in detail during the interview process

    Days : Mondays-Thursday; Wednesday-Saturday. Allowing for a biweekly 5-day weekend! Great work-life balance.

    Hours : Typically 8-5pm. Saturdays are half-days 8-2pm with lunch provided.
