RELATIONSHIPS :
Interfaces To : Executive staff, all employees, callers, vendors and customers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Booking meetings and handling scheduling (internal and external)
- Handling mailing, shipping, packages, and deliveries when needed
- Assist with check receipt, validation, and deposit process
- Manage the electronic cataloging and notification of paper correspondence on Legal and collection-related items including, but not limited to, medical records, summary plan descriptions, etc.
- Assists other departments with tasks / projects as assigned
- Ability to work independently and assist in resolving problems / issues as they occur
- Ability to be an adaptable team-player taking an active role in ensuring the completion of projects by performing whatever duties are necessary to meet timelines and secure results
- Prior Healthcare / Revenue Cycle experience is not required but is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Other office related duties as assigned (inventory management, managing of contracts, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS : REQUIRED :
Education : High school diploma or GED
Experience :
Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesAbility to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
