We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our new home sales team in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho metro area. This role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through every step of the homebuying journey—from first visit to final closing—while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales

Greet, qualify, and build rapport with prospective buyers in model homes, sales centers, and community events.

  • Conduct professional sales presentations and demonstrate home models, floorplans, and community features.
  • Assist buyers in selecting homesites, floorplans, and design options that best meet their needs.
  • Explain financing, HOA requirements, warranties, and other details clearly and effectively.
  • Guide buyers through the contract process and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Remain actively involved with customers from initial visit through construction updates and closing.
  • Market Knowledge & Business Development
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.

  • Network with realtors, lenders, and community partners to generate traffic and referrals.
  • Create and implement personal marketing and prospecting plans to drive new leads.
  • Participate in community launches, grand openings, realtor events, and outreach programs.
  • Operational & Administrative Support
  • Maintain sales office and model homes to ensure a welcoming and professional appearance.

  • Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
  • Provide timely updates to management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with mortgage, construction, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth homebuying process.
  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours to accommodate buyer schedules.
  • Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or high-value retail sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
