What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop and maintain internal and external websites, ensuring high-quality web development
  • Write clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end applications

  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to enhance website performance and SEO

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (applicable experience may substitute)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end and back-end development
  • Proficient in WordPress development, including custom themes / plugins and PHP
  • Experience with database management / SQL and conversion tracking tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM / marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ADA accessibility standards
  • Experience managing outside vendors or agencies
