Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical projects, ensuring quality and budget adherence

Serve as the primary contact for customers, leading communications and relationship management

Provide leadership and mentorship to data management teams, including training junior staff

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in data management within clinical research

8+ years of experience as an Independent Lead on global studies

Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale global studies simultaneously

Experience in client negotiations regarding timelines and budgets

Bachelor's degree in health sciences, clinical research, biological sciences, mathematics, or a related field
