Key Responsibilities
Schedule, cancel, and confirm medical appointments based on patient preferences and physician guidelines
Respond to non-scheduling inquiries and route calls appropriately
Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple software applications
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
Ability to work in a remote environment with specific workspace and internet requirements
