West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Software team within our Technology and Experience ( TechEx ) Practice . Our Software team works across diverse industries such as startups, finance, healthcare, insurance, and energy.

As a Software Consulting Intern , you will work directly with a product team to understand our clients' business needs and strategies, delivering solutions that range from bond trading platforms integrated with various AI models to web-based and native mobile applications. You will learn and receive mentorship from experienced professionals in software engineering, product development and consulting, working alongside senior software engineers, product managers, designers and executives. This role offers interns the chance to gain valuable insights and enhance their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs
• Utilize an Agile approach for iterative product delivery

You will gain proficiency and hands-on experience with a range of our key technologies : (previous
