HCC Coding Team Lead

A company is looking for a Coding Team Lead, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Support Coding Supervisors in monitoring coders' quality and efficiency, and provide education on coding errors

Track audits and provide timely feedback to coders, assisting with quality improvement and KPI tracking

Collaborate with the Quality Department to meet accuracy expectations and report trends for educational opportunities

Required Qualifications

AHIMA (CCS, CCS-P) or AAPC (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC) certified credentials

Extensive knowledge of ICD-10 and medical terminology

2 years of HCC coding experience

1+ years of Team Lead experience preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
