Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman

Terry's Electric Inc., based in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a full-time Lead Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman !

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM , with overtime occasionally available on evenings and Saturdays depending on project needs. This role offers a competitive pay range of $27 – $28 / hour (depending on experience) and the chance to lead a skilled team while working on exciting commercial projects.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As the Commercial Electrician - Electrical Foreman, you will lead and manage electrical crews, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will organize, plan, and prioritize tasks to keep projects on track and conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality requirements. You will interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan and install systems, and you will install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems as required. In addition, you will provide technical support, guidance, and training to electricians and helpers, while collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients.
