Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and large logo accounts within the North America region focused on player support and community management solutions
Create and execute outreach campaigns to develop a client base, including cold calling and networking
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with delivery teams to provide effective solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in selling customer services, outsourcing, or related services within the gaming industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through strong client relationships
Established network of contacts within the gaming industry
Self-motivated with effective time management skills, capable of working remotely
Experience managing a revenue pipeline and presenting to senior executives
