Role UX Strategist
Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a federal consultant
Experience in client service and interacting with all levels of management
Experience coordinating with stakeholders to establish and evolve tactical user experience plans in alignment with business strategy
Experience crafting strategic roadmaps for large-scale websites
Experience with Figma and working on Agile or Scrum teams
Ability to give design strategy presentations to internal teams and stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
