HVAC Service Technician

Experienced HVAC Technician - work only 4 days a week! 3 and 4 day weekends!

As an HVAC Service Technician for Conway Comfort, you'll provide maintenance and repairs to a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems.

A 4-day work week is a reality with us. Our technicians alternate either Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Saturday; 10 hours each day, with a 4 DAY WEEKEND possible! Enjoy a better work / life balance and enjoy more free time!

Pay : Up to $45.00 / hr, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonus potential

What You'll Do :

• Develop strong working relationships with team
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC units
• Provide feedback to Service Manager on any training, inventory, or pricing issues
• Mentor junior Service Techs
