Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Total 10+ years of experience.
- Associates degree or 3-4 years of work experience in an application support position
- 7 years of hands-on experience with BMC Monitoring
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware / software
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to present ideas in concise, user-friendly language
- Experience in Client Office applications including Excel and Outlook
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with DevOps environmentsKnowledge of ticketing systems and workflowsExperience in a customer-facing roleDay-to-Day Responsibilities
